Order Information Privacy & Security
  • Product Samples
    We offer samples on most products (excluding murals and some fabrics) at $3.00 per sample. If you purchase the product within 60 days, the cost of that sample is applied to your order.
  • Wallpaper Packaging
    Our products are priced by the single roll. Most wallpapers (not borders) are packaged in double roll bolts so these orders must be in even quantities. When you receive your wallpaper order - please note that each wallpaper bolt is actually 2 single rolls. The label will indicate this and include the combined double roll bolt length.
  • Case Pricing
    On some of our products we are able to offer discounted case pricing. A 'case' is 12 rolls of border, or 24 rolls of wallpaper. Please note that case orders are not returnable as they are sold as a single volume package.
  • Payment Options
    We accept most major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover). We accept payment by check or money order. Please note that all checks or money orders (excluding US Postoffice money orders) will require bank clearance before your order is shipped. This can result in a 2-3 week delay upon receipt. We do not accept Pay-Pal or similar options.
  • Sales Tax & Other Fees
    Sales tax is not added to your order. We do not charge any additional processing fees for order processing or handling. Please see our 'Shipping' information page for shipping fees.
  • Shipping
    We ship to all US locations and most International locations. Shipping methods and costs vary. Please visit our "Shipping' information page for details.
  • Order Cancellations Once an order has been processed by the warehouse, we are unable to cancel that order. Please contact our service center at 1-800-646-4750 to request cancellation. Do not use email as there may be delays in processing.
  • Returns
    Defective or Damaged Products; Inspect your shipment as soon as it arrives. Most warehouses accept claims within 7 days from receipt. Contact our service center to arrange pickup and replacement. Keep all packaging for possible UPS inspection. Do not discard any defective product unless instructed by our returns department. The warehouse may request a prepaid return of all damaged products for inspection and credit processing.
    Overage & Unused Products
    For unused/unwanted products, we can accept most products back within 30 days of purchase. They must be unopened, and in resaleable condition. There is a 25% restocking fee on all returns. You will be responsible for any return shipping costs. Contact our service center at 1-800-646-4750 for a return authorization number & instructions. DO NOT RETURN DIRECTLY TO THE SHIPPING WAREHOUSES as they will be unable to process any return or credit refunds.

  • Privacy Policy
    All customer information is kept private except for where necessary to process your order: this includes product warehouses, delivery services, and credit card/banking for payment processing. We do not share data with outside organizations for the purpose of marketing or statistical collection. We use your email only for communications regarding your order. We do not use your email to solicite or market our products to you.

    Our order completion pages are protected by Verisign SLL Security. Your address & payment information are enter in our order pages that are protected with this high encryption service. You may click on the Verisign image below to view our security certificate.
