Before cutting your wallpaper!

• Wallpapers, Borders
• Make sure you have received all of your order (remember that your wallpaper order will be packaged in double rolls)
• If someone other than yourself is receiving the product, have them inspect and verify the products before forwarding or installing. We will pick up defective,damaged, or incorrect products only from the address where shipped.
• Carefully examine the merchandise for color, condition, design imperfections
• Paper installer assumes FULL RESPONSIBILITY when paper is cut. After cutting and installing one bolt (a double roll) of wallpaper or one roll of border, a decision should be made to hang the remainder.
• No claims are allowed for more than one bolt ( a double roll of wallpaper, or 1 roll of border)
• No claims are allowed for labor
• Customer assumes all responsibility for product selection and installation conditions. Be sure your walls are prepared properly for the type of product selected, that the proper adhesive and application methods are being used, and that the product is suitable for the area chosen to install. A design or installer professional would be able to assist you with your project.

• Murals
• Carefully inspect your mural before installing
• Match each dry panel to ensure color and pattern match before applying to the wall
• Check each panel for print defects, tears or creases before installing
• Do not install any of the panels if any defects are found. We cannot replace individual panels
• Customer assumes all responsiblity for mural if product is partially, or entirely hung
• No claims are allowed for installed products
• No claims are allowed for labor
