- Most products can only be returned within 30 days of delivery. (UPS delivery date)

returns@wallpaperstore.com to request a Return Authorization Number.
- Products must be unopened and in original packaging.
- Products must be in resaleable condition.
- Mural returns must be placed inside the box/tube rolled with even edges & no bending, or tears for credit.
- All returns are subject to a 25% warehouse restocking fee
- You are responsible for any return shipping costs
- It can take 3-4 weeks for credits to be issued once the warehouse has received and inspected your return.
- Do not return products directly to the shipping warehouses as they will not be able to process or issue credit.
- If you receive a defective or shipping damaged product please contact our customer service department for replacement. Most warehouses accept claims within 7 days of receipt.
